Choose a Fighter and Enter the Tournament
The Perfect Fighter is a 2D fighting game inspired by the style of classic arcade battles.
You choose from a group of fighters and enter one-on-one matches where punches, kicks, special moves, and combinations decide the winner.
Each character has their own moves to learn.
Winning takes more than pressing one attack button repeatedly. You need to understand the difference between low, medium, and high attacks and find chances to use them against your opponent.
Six Basic Attack Buttons Give You Plenty of Choices
Player one moves with the arrow keys.
Six number keys control the main attacks. Three perform different strengths of kicks, while another three handle low, medium, and high punches.
That gives you several attacks without making the controls difficult to remember.
The real depth comes from combining directions and attacks to perform special moves.
Pressing P pauses the fight and also lets you view the move list. This is useful when learning a new fighter because you can check the correct commands instead of guessing.
Learn Combos and Special Techniques
Every fighter has more than basic punches and kicks.
Special moves require specific button combinations. Learning these commands gives you stronger ways to attack and makes each character feel different.
Combos also reward good timing.
A player who understands their character can connect attacks more effectively than someone who only uses single hits.
This creates room to improve as you play more matches.
Fight the Computer or Share the Keyboard
The Perfect Fighter includes both single-player and two-player action.
Solo play lets you enter matches against computer-controlled opponents and work through the fighting challenge with your chosen character.
Two-player mode lets another person join on the same computer. The second fighter uses a separate group of keyboard controls, allowing both players to compete without sharing the same movement keys.
The game includes a roster of twelve fighters, along with hidden content that can be unlocked through continued play.
Practice Until the Moves Feel Natural
The Perfect Fighter follows a familiar fighting-game idea but gives players enough attacks and special techniques to experiment with.
You can start with simple punches and kicks while learning how your opponent behaves. Later, you can work on special moves, better combinations, defensive movement, and stronger timing.
The mix of solo battles and local two-player matches makes The Perfect Fighter suitable for practising alone or challenging another player at the same keyboard.
