Nimball: Rewind – Roll Fast, Fix Mistakes, and Beat the Clock
Nimball: Rewind is a fast physics-based ball game where the main challenge is reaching the goal as quickly and smoothly as possible. You control a small ball through twisting tracks filled with slopes, jumps, drops, narrow paths, and other sections that demand careful movement.
The game contains 30 levels. Each course asks you to guide the ball from the starting point to the exit while trying to keep a good flow. Speed matters, but racing ahead without control can send the ball over an edge or ruin a jump.
Turn Mistakes Back in Time
The feature that gives Nimball: Rewind its name is the ability to reverse your recent movement.
Hold the Space bar and the game rewinds the ball through its previous actions. This lets you return to a point before a bad jump or wrong turn instead of restarting the entire level.
The arrow keys control the ball.
Rewind is useful, but it does not remove the importance of a clean run. Your completion time still matters. Fixing several mistakes can keep you alive, yet a smoother attempt can produce a much better result.
Unlock the Harder Challenge
The first goal is to complete each stage in Trial mode. Finish quickly enough and you can unlock a Challenge version of that level.
This gives you a reason to return after reaching the exit. A course that feels difficult at first can become much faster once you learn its curves, jumps, and shortcuts.
Hidden routes and secrets can also help skilled players find better ways through some stages.
Ghost replay adds another useful racing element. You can see a previous performance and use it as a guide while trying to improve your time.
Nimball: Rewind turns a simple rolling ball into a game about momentum and precision. Smooth steering through a curve can build useful speed for the next section. A badly timed turn can send that speed in the wrong direction.
