Work Your Way Toward the Tennis Title

Tennis Championship is a simple tennis game where you control one player and try to defeat a series of opponents.

You move around the court with the arrow keys and press the Spacebar to hit the ball.

The controls are small enough to learn immediately, but winning rallies depends on timing and positioning.

You need to get close enough to the incoming ball and swing at the correct moment. Hit too early or too late and the opponent may gain an easy point.

Use Movement to Control Your Shots

The arrow keys do more than move your player around the court.

They can also influence the direction of the return.

This lets you send the ball toward different parts of the opponent’s side instead of hitting every shot straight ahead.

A well-placed ball can force the other player to move farther.

Once your opponent is pulled toward one side, returning the next shot toward the open area can make the rally much harder for them.

Win Three Matches to Become Champion

The championship is built around a short series of matches.

You need to defeat three opponents in a row to claim the title.

This creates a clear goal from the beginning.

One victory is only the first step. You need to stay consistent through the entire tournament.

Later opponents can punish poor positioning more easily, so returning to the middle of the court after each shot becomes useful.

Timing Beats Button Mashing

Repeatedly pressing the hit button does not guarantee a good return.

Watch the ball and move into position first.

Press Space when the ball reaches a useful distance from your player. Combining the swing with a directional input lets you aim rather than simply sending the ball back without a plan.

The same basic controls handle serving and rallies, keeping the game easy to follow.

Keep the Rally Under Control

Tennis Championship does not bury the sport under a long list of special moves.

It focuses on the basic parts of tennis.

Move into position. Watch the ball. Time the swing. Choose a direction. Try to make the opponent miss.

The short championship gives every match a clear purpose. Win three times in a row and you take the title.

That simple setup makes Tennis Championship easy for new players to understand while still rewarding better movement and more accurate shot placement.
