Chase and Stop Criminal Cars
A pursuit does not end as soon as you catch up with the suspect.
You need to stop the criminal vehicle by hitting it and reducing its health. That means keeping close enough to attack while still controlling your own car.
Crashing carelessly into traffic or other objects can damage the police vehicle too.
This creates a balance between aggressive driving and staying under control. A good hit on the suspect helps the mission. A bad collision with the environment only makes your own job harder.
Use Nitro and Drift Through the City
Nitro gives the police car a useful burst of speed. It can help close the distance when a criminal starts pulling away.
You can also drift, which helps with quick changes of direction on city streets.
Health and nitro pickups appear during play. Repair items help keep the vehicle running after several crashes, while extra boost gives you another chance to catch a fast suspect.
Using these pickups at the right time can keep a difficult chase alive.
Find More Than Main Missions
Police Pursuit 2 includes side activities in addition to the larger criminal pursuits.
You can chase smaller suspects or take items to certain places before time runs out.
Exploration also has rewards. A hidden Secret Police Car can be discovered somewhere in the city.
Completing important challenges opens new missions, including tougher Most Wanted pursuits. Captured criminal vehicles can also become available as you make progress.
