Numberle: Number Puzzle – Discover the Hidden Number Using Color Clues
Numberle: Number Puzzle is a number-guessing game where you must discover a secret number using logic and a limited number of attempts. Instead of solving addition or multiplication questions, you compare digits and study colorful clues to find the correct answer.
The challenge works much like a word-guessing puzzle, but numbers replace letters.
Each guess reveals useful information. You need to remember which digits belong in the hidden number and work out where they should go.
Start with a Five-Digit Guess
The puzzle hides a five-digit number.
Your task is to find the complete number in six attempts.
Enter five digits to make your first guess.
For example, you might begin with 12345.
The game checks your guess and changes the colors of the tiles to show how close you are to the answer.
You then use this information to choose a better number.
Every attempt gives you another opportunity to narrow down the possible solution.
Understand the Three Tile Colors
Numberle uses three colors to explain the results of your guesses.
A green tile means you choose the correct digit and place it in the correct position.
A yellow tile means the digit belongs in the secret number but appears in the wrong position.
A gray tile means the digit does not belong in the answer, unless the clue involves an extra copy of a repeated digit.
For example, imagine that you guess 12345 and the number 3 turns green.
You know that 3 belongs in the third position.
Try keeping that digit in the same place during your next attempt.
Use Each Guess to Find Better Clues
Start with different digits so your first guess can reveal more information.
Avoid repeating the same number too many times during your opening attempt.
After checking the results, keep any green digits in their confirmed positions.
Move yellow digits to different spaces.
Try replacing gray digits with numbers you have not tested.
You can also compare the information from several attempts to discover which positions remain possible.
Watch Out for Repeated Digits
The secret number can contain the same digit more than once.
For example, a number such as 77429 includes two copies of 7.
This means you cannot always assume that discovering one correct digit rules out another copy.
Pay attention to the colors when you guess repeated numbers.
The game provides clues based on how many copies belong in the answer.
Careful observation helps you avoid wasting attempts on incorrect combinations.
Solve the Puzzle Before Your Guesses Run Out
Numberle gives you only six attempts to find the hidden number.
Try to make every guess useful.
Instead of choosing a random combination, think about what the previous colors reveal.
You may discover that only two positions remain uncertain.
At that point, compare the possible digits and test an arrangement that follows all your clues.
Try Another Number Challenge
The daily Numberle format provides a new hidden number each day.
Some versions also include unlimited practice puzzles.
These allow you to continue playing after completing the daily challenge.
Numberle: Number Puzzle rewards patience and logical thinking. The colorful clues, repeated digits, and limited attempts make every guess an important part of discovering the correct number.
