Help Sarah Recover in Knee Surgery Simulator
Knee Surgery Simulator is a hospital game where you take the role of a surgeon treating a patient named Sarah. She suffers from knee osteoarthritis, a condition that causes pain and difficulty moving the knee joint.
Sarah’s usual treatments no longer provide enough relief. The game asks you to perform a virtual knee replacement operation to help her recover.
You need to follow the medical instructions, select the correct instruments, and complete the procedure step by step.
Meet Sarah and Learn About Her Knee Problem
Sarah experiences severe pain because the surfaces inside her knee joint are damaged.
The game introduces her condition before the operation begins.
Your job is to help Sarah by completing a simulated knee replacement.
The procedure involves replacing the damaged joint with an artificial one.
The game presents this as a series of guided activities rather than expecting you to know how surgery works.
Choose the Correct Medical Instruments
Knee Surgery Simulator features different surgical instruments.
You need to select the requested tool and use it on the highlighted area.
Each stage gives you instructions about what to do next.
Some actions require clicking an instrument. Others involve moving it carefully to the correct position.
Pay attention to the prompts before making your next move.
Complete the Knee Replacement
The operation contains several stages that you must finish in order.
You cannot skip directly to the final part of the treatment.
Follow the on-screen guidance as you work through the procedure.
The goal is to complete Sarah’s virtual surgery and help her begin recovering.
Choose a Celebration Outfit
After finishing the surgery, the game introduces a dress-up activity.
You can choose festive clothing for Sarah to celebrate her recovery.
This gives the game a lighter activity after the hospital treatment.
How to Play Knee Surgery Simulator
Use your mouse to select medical instruments and complete the requested actions.
Click or drag objects according to the instructions.

Knee Surgery Simulator combines a guided hospital operation with a dress-up activity. The game includes surgical imagery and is a simplified simulation, not a guide to performing real medical procedures.
