Escape the Infected Town
Zombie Tractor is a driving and survival game set in a town overrun by zombies. An unknown virus has infected the people, leaving the player with one unusual way to escape: a heavy tractor.
The goal is to drive through each dangerous area and reach the finish without destroying the vehicle. Zombies stand along the road, while abandoned cars, boxes, hills, jumps, and other obstacles make the journey harder.
The tractor can push through many things that block the route, including the zombies themselves. Driving fast can help, but speed alone will not get the tractor safely through every section.
Keep the Tractor on Its Wheels
The up and down arrow keys control forward and backward movement. The left and right arrows tilt the tractor.
Tilting becomes important whenever the tractor leaves the ground.
A badly timed jump can turn the vehicle upside down. If the tractor lands on its roof, the run can end immediately. Players need to adjust its angle in the air and try to bring the wheels down first.
Some hills also need more power than others. Approaching a steep slope too slowly can leave the tractor struggling near the top.
Use Nitro for Extra Speed
The Z key activates nitro.
Nitro gives the tractor a quick burst of speed and can help with large hills, difficult jumps, or sections where extra momentum is useful.
Using it at the wrong moment can cause trouble, though. Flying over a bump at high speed can make the tractor harder to control.
The Space bar applies the brake. Slowing down before a dangerous obstacle can be much safer than charging into everything at full speed.
Earn Money and Improve the Vehicle
Progress in Zombie Tractor also involves upgrading the machine.
Money earned during the journey can be spent on improvements. Upgrades can increase useful parts of the tractor such as its engine power, acceleration, speed, brakes, and headlights.
Better equipment becomes useful as later areas introduce tougher terrain.
A stronger engine can help the tractor climb difficult hills. Improved brakes provide more control on dangerous slopes. Better headlights also make dark sections easier to see.
Make Every Run Count
Zombie Tractor mixes zombie action with the style of a hill-climbing driving game.
The player needs to watch the terrain instead of simply holding the accelerator. Large jumps require balance. Obstacles can slow the vehicle down. Zombies stand across the road, and some sections are much easier after buying the right upgrades.
The simple keyboard controls make Zombie Tractor easy to learn, but reaching the end takes better driving than it first appears. Players need to control speed, save nitro for useful moments, keep the tractor balanced in the air, earn money, and steadily improve the vehicle while escaping the infected town.
