Test Your Eyes With Color-Matching Challenges
Colorgama is a color recognition game where you need to find the correct shade from a group of colorful squares. The game tests how well you can notice small differences between colors while working against a countdown timer.
You see a grid filled with different shades and a question asking you to find a particular color. Some questions are easy because the colors look different. Others require closer attention because several squares have similar shades.
Your goal is to answer as many color questions as possible before the time runs out.
Find the Right Color in the Grid
Each round gives you a different color challenge.
The game may ask you to find a square that matches a sample color. Another question might ask you to choose the darkest or lightest shade from the available choices.
For example, you might see several blue squares. Some look bright, while others have a darker appearance. You need to compare them and select the one that matches the question.
Look carefully before clicking. A small difference in brightness can change which answer is correct.
More Colors Make the Game Harder
Colorgama becomes more challenging as you answer questions correctly.
At the beginning, you work with fewer colors. As you progress, the grid contains more squares, giving you additional shades to compare.
A larger grid makes finding the right color more difficult. You need to search quickly without confusing similar shades.
The game gives you 30 seconds to answer as many questions as possible. Every moment matters because the timer continues while you examine the colors.
How to Play Colorgama
Read the color instruction on the left side of the screen.
Look at the colored squares and choose the one that matches the instruction.
Use your mouse to click the correct square. On touchscreen devices, tap the color you want to select.
You can also change the game’s language using the globe icon. Several languages are available, including English and Spanish.
Improve Your Color Recognition Skills
Try looking at the entire grid before choosing an answer. Compare the brightest and darkest squares first.
For matching questions, focus on the exact shade rather than choosing a color that only looks close.
Practice noticing differences between light blue, dark blue, pale green, and other shades.
Colorgama helps children develop visual attention and recognize differences between colors. Its short rounds make it easy to practice several times and try to improve your score.
