Medieval Cop 2: The True Monster brings Dregg Moriss back for another murder investigation. This time, a professor named Liol Wordsworth dies inside a restaurant bathroom, and a small dragon becomes the main suspect.

The situation looks simple to the other officers. They find a dragon near the crime scene and assume the creature must be responsible. Dregg isn’t convinced.

He must find evidence that explains the professor’s death and prove the truth before the authorities punish the wrong suspect.

A Strange Crime at Morty’s Restaurant

Dregg arrives at Morty’s Restaurant, where soldiers and officers gather around the scene.

His rival Polly Abbott also wants to solve the case. Polly is confident in his abilities, but Dregg has no intention of letting him reach the wrong conclusion.

Start by speaking with the soldiers and examining the objects around the restaurant.

A damaged wall, an unfinished meal, a necklace and a birthday cake provide useful information. The clues may seem unrelated until you learn more about the people present.

Question the Bathroom Witnesses

The investigation leads into the men’s bathroom, where Professor Wordsworth’s body lies.

Three witnesses become important to the case. You need to speak with Tride Evergreen, Mila Kraven and Crowal Shepherd.

Each character gives a statement about the victim and the surrounding events.

Pay close attention to their answers. Some information doesn’t fit with what other witnesses claim.

Dregg must use these differences to discover who is hiding the truth.

Prove Your Case in a Medieval Debate

Medieval Cop 2 introduces a special challenge called a Medieval Debate.

During these conversations, you choose answers that support Dregg’s argument. The game gives you several possible responses, but only certain choices match the evidence.

For example, you may need to explain why the dragon has no reason to attack the professor.

Later questions require you to compare witness statements and identify contradictions.

Too many incorrect answers can cause Dregg to lose the argument.

Moving and Examining Evidence

Use the arrow keys to move around the restaurant and select options.

Press Z or Enter to speak with characters, examine objects and continue text. Press X or Escape to open the menu and review the evidence.

The game also supports mouse controls.

Find the Real Monster

Medieval Cop 2: The True Monster asks you to look beyond appearances. A frightening-looking creature doesn’t automatically make a good suspect.

The mystery grows through witness interviews, physical clues and challenging debates. Dregg’s dry humor keeps the conversations entertaining while you work toward identifying the real criminal.

Careful reading matters throughout the adventure, especially when several people give different accounts of the same event.
