Other versions of this game:  Low's Adventure | Low's Adventure 2

A couple of things really stand out in this one: proper boss battles, not just at the end, but also around level 26. These encounters are no joke and will make you use every skill you’ve honed throughout the series. They’ve also cooked up some fresh new enemies and obstacles to keep you on your toes, like thorns that drop from the ceiling when you least expect it and cannon fire that you’ll need lightning-fast reflexes to dodge. What’s also cool is how some platforms react to what you’re doing, moving or changing based on your actions. These dynamic bits mean you can’t always predict what’s going to happen, which keeps the gameplay feeling fresh and exciting.

“Low’s Adventure 3” really feels like a great culmination of the series. It takes all the good stuff from the first two games and then layers on these new features that just make the whole experience even better. The levels are tough, the new mechanics are fun to master, and the overall design is just really engaging. If you’re looking for a platformer that will truly test your abilities and give you that awesome sense of accomplishment when you finally beat a tricky part, then this one totally delivers. It’s a challenging but really satisfying way to round out Low’s adventures.
