In Marble Frenzy you see a big ball of marbles hanging around a tiny dot in the middle of the screen. You fire new marbles from the top and try to hit marbles with the same color. When at least three marbles of one color touch, they pop and vanish. The more groups you make, the cleaner the screen looks. You watch the shape of the marble pile and choose the best place for your next shot.
The game also counts your “miss” shots. If you hit a spot and nothing pops, the game adds to a small counter. After five miss shots, new marbles drop in and make the pile thicker. Sometimes you see a bomb marble that blows up many marbles in one hit. Sometimes you see a rainbow marble that helps you join different colors together. These special marbles feel like little rewards when the board looks too full.
Marble Frenzy feels easy to understand and still gives a nice challenge. You learn to bounce marbles off the sides to sneak into tiny gaps.
