Mega-City Stunts! This game throws you headfirst into this really vibrant, colorful, and totally over-the-top urban environment, and it’s basically a massive playground built for you to pull off awesome, daring, and probably very dangerous stunts, as well as getting into some pretty high-speed races. They give you a decent selection of different vehicles to choose from right off the bat, and each one has its own unique feel when it comes to handling, speed, and how well it takes to the air. You can either just mess around by yourself in a single-player mode, exploring the city and testing out all the crazy stunt opportunities, or you can grab a friend and compete directly against them in a two-player mode, which, as always, ramps up the fun and the bragging rights.

The city itself is just absolutely packed to the rafters with stuff designed specifically for stunting – we’re talking ramps of all shapes and sizes, from gentle inclines to massive kickers, crazy loops that will have your stomach doing flips, and all sorts of other obstacles and structures that are just perfect for trying to execute the most spectacular and insane tricks you can possibly think of. When you manage to complete races, especially if you win, or when you successfully land those truly insane stunts, you earn points. You can then use those well-deserved points to unlock even more new cars to add to your virtual garage and even customize the vehicles you already have, which is always a nice touch for making them feel like your own. The game really encourages you to get creative with your lines and use your driving skills, pushing you to explore different stunt combinations and figure out the best, or maybe just the flashiest, racing strategies.

Mega-City Stunts is pretty much perfect for anyone who loves those open-world style racing and stunt games where you have a ton of freedom to just drive around and cause mayhem. Its dynamic, lively environment that feels like a real (if slightly exaggerated) city, the fact that you’ve got diverse gameplay options like structured racing and just completely free-form stunting, and its generally engaging and fun mechanics all come together to provide a really exhilarating and enjoyable experience. It’s definitely the kind of game that can keep you thoroughly entertained for ages as you try to master every single ramp, conquer every loop, and nail every unbelievable trick in the book.
